Aviation polymer fireproof board (German abbreviated as GFK), is a new type of high-strength energy-saving panels made of fiber, flame-retardant resin, aluminum hydroxide, and other materials, produced by special ultraviolet photochemical reaction, and the surface of the mold is made by nano-processing technology. While the BMC/SMC antibacterial board has the characteristics of ordinary building board polyurethane board, it also has many characteristics that other metals and non-metal building materials do not have.
It is promoted as a new energy-saving material in Europe and is widely used in the construction industry, aerospace, wind power generation, new energy vehicles, medical equipment, and mining crawler transportation.
As a new type of high-strength and high-energy-saving building board, its main characteristics are as follows:
1. It can fully replace color steel tiles, polystyrene sandwich panels, polyurethane sandwich panels, and other steel plates saving a lot of steel and ore resources for the country, saving coal, electricity, and other energy for steelmaking.
2. Energy saving, heat insulation, and heat preservation performance: low thermal conductivity and less heat loss. Thermal conductivity refers to the heat transfer through an area of 1 square meter in 1 second for a material with a thickness of 1m and a temperature difference of 1 degree (K, °C) on both sides under stable heat transfer conditions. It is expressed by λ, the unit is watt/(meter·degree), w/(m·k), (GFK antibacterial board has a thermal conductivity of 0.073W (m·K), which is very low compared to metal materials. As we all know, metals are good conductors of heat. The thermal conductivity of aluminum is 237W/(m·K) and the thermal conductivity of iron is 80W/(m·K). We know that the lower the thermal conductivity, the less likely it is to lose heat. Because of the low thermal conductivity of the GFK antibacterial board, it has been tested that GFK antibacterial board can save 15%-30% of energy consumption when used in places requiring constant temperature, saving a lot of energy for the country.
3. Fire resistance: The SMC/BMC antibacterial board has been improved, and a large number of environmentally friendly flame retardants have been added on the premise of reducing organic components. The "National Fireproof Building Material Quality Supervision and Testing Center" has tested its combustion value-added rate index ≤50; The total heat value of combustion is ≤2.7; the smoke generation rate index is ≤10, and there is no burning drop, and the fire rating reaches A and A2.
4. Low combustion hazard: A large amount of aluminum hydroxide is added to the raw materials of the BMC/SMC antibacterial board. In the event of a large fire, the only combustion products are water, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, and dust, without nitrides, sulfides, halogens, heavy metals, and others. The poisonous gas is less toxic than pine burning, and there are no burning droplets.
5. Scratch resistance and super anti-fouling: The molding surface of the BMC/SMC antibacterial board is made by the mold using nano-processing technology. The surface is smooth and dense. There are no small honeycomb pinholes when magnified, and it is not easy to adhere to dust and liquid. The surface can be washed directly with water; the surface hardness is relatively high, the Barcol hardness can reach 70, and the surface is not easy to be scratched.
6. Anti-ultraviolet, after 1000H destructive anti-ultraviolet aging test (equivalent to 30 years of outdoor exposure), there is no cracking, bulging, powdering, and it can completely isolate ultraviolet rays.
7. Green and environmental protection: BMC/SMC antibacterial board raw materials are made of pure natural green materials, the molding temperature is 150 degrees, and the solidity degree is more than 99.9%, so there will be no volatilization of harmful substances. The samples were processed by the National Authorized Testing Center with reference to USEPA3052: 1996 digestion method and LCP was used for quantitative measurement. 8. Zero formaldehyde: BMC/SMC antibacterial board products are tested by the national authorized testing center with reference to the "steam distillation method" to test the formaldehyde content of the product. Testing equipment is UV-YIS MQ=20mg/kg. The testing result is N.D (not contained).
9. Antibacterial and mildew proof: Imported silver ions are added to the raw materials of the BMC/SMC antibacterial board, and the BMC/SMC antibacterial board added with silver ions can effectively kill bacteria. The tested anti-bacterial and fungal rate is over 99.9%. Mildew is caused by humidity or dirt. After testing, the water absorption rate of the BMC/SMC board is only 0.013%, there will be no damp conditions, and its surface is smooth and dense and will not condense dirt. In order to achieve an effective anti-mildew effect, the national authorized testing center has carried out "Aspergillus niger ATTCC9642, rope green plum ATCC11797, Chaetomium globosum ATCC6205, Gliocladium viridis ATCC9645" various tests, and the anti-mold grade is level 1.
10. Lightweight and high strength: BMC/SMC antibacterial board has a density of 1.75 g/cm3, and a 2MM plate is about 4.2Kg per square. It has very good mechanical properties, high elasticity, high impact resistance, and has very good static resistance under large amplitude. The force value has a small linear thermal expansion coefficient. Through the DIN EN 356 test, the impact strength can reach 55 KJ/㎡, the bending strength is 65 Mpa, and the shrinkage rate is 0.03%.
11. Acid and alkali resistance: BMC/SMC antibacterial board has excellent chemical stability and is inert to acids, alkalis, salts, and oxidants. For example, there is no blistering, bulging, pulverization in concentrated phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and their salt solutions at 100°C, and they are all stable, and they are widely used to replace metals and aluminum products on sailing ships.
12. The waste is easy to handle: instead of polystyrene and polyurethane sandwich panels, it will not produce white and other pollution caused by polystyrene, polyurethane sandwich panels after fires, and scrapping, reducing environmental pollution, and it is an environmentally friendly product. Thermal power stations are willing to recycle such waste as raw materials for power generation.
13. It has certain functions of blocking radar waves and anti-radar detection and has national defense application value.
