The level of mould production can be said to be one of the important symbols of the level of mechanical manufacturing. The shape of the motor mold is complex, which requires high structural strength, stiffness, surface hardness, surface roughness and processing accuracy, so the production of the die needs a high level of technology. Timely supply and quality of dies directly affect the quality, cost and development of new products.
The motor mold is not an independent individual. It is often equipped with a die set, a die base, a guide device and a part item device when working. In order to adapt to a variety of dies and use them conveniently, these parts are generally made into general type.
The motor mold is a tool used to make the blank into a part with specific shape and size under the action of external force in the process of blanking, forming, stamping, die forging, cold heading, extrusion, powder metallurgy parts pressing, pressure casting, as well as engineering plastics, rubber, ceramics and other products pressing or injection moulding. Generally, it is divided into two parts: moving die and fixing die, or punch and concave die, which can be separated and combined. When separated, the blank is fed into or taken out of the workpiece, and when closed, the workpiece is separated from the blank or formed. In the process of blanking, forming, stamping, die forging, cold heading, pressing and pressing, the external force required for separation or forming is applied to the blank through the die; in the process of extrusion, die casting and injection, the external force is applied to the blank by the air pressure, plunger, punch, etc. The die bears the bulging force of the blank. In addition, the motor die has a specific outline or inner cavity shape. The outline shape of the edge can separate the blank according to the outline shape, i.e. blanking. The inner cavity shape can make the blank obtain the corresponding three-dimensional shape.
The application of motor mould is very extensive, such as automobiles, cameras, motors, electrical appliances, bicycles, sewing machines, meters and other mechanical and electrical products. A large number of dies are used in the manufacture of household appliances.
