The distribution requirements of SMC mold heating holes are that the heating holes should not be too close to the cavity or too far away, preferably 40 ~ 80mm. The distribution of heating holes shall be thin in the middle and dense at both ends. If the SMC mold adopts electric heating, the heating holes are electric heating tubes, and the number is preferably a multiple of 3 to facilitate electrical connection, and the electric heating tubes at both ends must be a certain distance away from the edge of the cavity.
